  • Cancelations Policy

    Deposits will not be refunded for events that are canceled less than 10 business days in advance. 

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. We apply state tax and accept gratitude tips. State tax is 6% and gratitude of 15% will be added to all spa services and packages. A travel fee will be applied to all events.    

  • Where are you located?

  • How many guests can I have?

    We require a minimum of five guests per party package.

  • Set up times

    Advanced preparation for your party is dependent on the number of guests. A professional team will arrive between 30 minutes to one hour before the start of the event to ensure a smooth set up.  

  • Attire

    Robes can be both purchased or rented. If your event doesn’t include robe service, please advise guests to wear comfortable clothing.

  • Special considerations

    Please contact us in advance if any of your guests are pregnant or suffer from a serious medical condition. Our team is a dedicated, professional technician who reserved the right to terminate treatment in service if guests are excessively intoxicated or behave inappropriately.
